mini sprayer

Ok, I see it now. What are you using it for? It would probably be good for quick detailers and chemicals like wheel cleaners as long as it can withstang the chemicals.

yep, planning for QD use ... i think this could help with more even distribution and finer control/mist of product.

i don't have it yet ... i'll test out and perhaps write a quick review

I have two of those type of dispensers and the more I use them the more I like them.

Before you buy the one at Canadian Tire though, go have a look at various nurseries or garden centers in your area because quite a few manufacturers make these spray dispensers and the quality will vary. Check the quality, the pump mechanism and the feel of the unit and you'll find a real quality one will be maybe 4 bucks more but will deliver 20 bucks of quality.

I have one filled with APC, the other with my TOL tire cleaner and one of these would be indespensible when using a clay lubricant.

At the end of the day, a quick twist releases the pressure.

Plus you don't have to worry about the QD sprayer leaking all over if it is one you use over and over again. And you don't have to worry about your fingers and hand getting tired if you have a huge vehicle or a few to quick detail.

I find that after a while you can not control the spray with these things. Even after repeated cleanings I was unable to get the desired pattern any longer and instead the liquid shot out in more of a stream and I used the mini pump sprayer only with water. I would think anything thicker and the thing would clog up in a hurry. There just is not enough pressure in these little things.

Harbor Freight tools has a neat, refillable aerosol can that holds about a pint of liquid (they say from water to cleaners to paint because it is under higher air pressure). It can be charged over and over with a compressor or even a bicycle pump. You just fill it up, put the air to it and you have a push button aerosal dispensor. This would make the mist very fine (I think), and would be ideal for products like Klasse twins or Jeff's AJ. They would spray on so thin you could then just buff them in and off in one step. Could also be the ticket for homebrew QDs like my favorite 1:3 SG/distilled water concoction. I say "I think" because I have not tried it yet but it only costs ten bucks so I might give it a whirl.
