Mini-Detail: 2005 Nissan Altima
This is a vehicle that I've been maintaining for about 3 months now. The customer didn't want to do a full correction on it in the beginning so I just did wash and then cleaned/sealed the paint with Poorboy's Polish with Sealant (PwS). I've washed it bi-weekly since then with NXT. Having told you all of this, you might have figured out that this is a small review of PwS and it's durability. PwS is my go-to for my wash and waxes (errr...sealing!). It has unmatched cleaning ability and durability for all in one product. The customer wanted to re-do the car for winter and this time there will be some correction. This is a mini detail due to there is no major interior cleaning..........heck, none was needed! I wish all my customers took car of their vehicles like this.
Here's the process...........
Befores:
Wash Cycle:
(Foamed with NXT Tech wash & cleaned with LC's Ulti-Mitt)
After washing with a strong solution of NXT (customer had driven the car for over a 1000 miles for the holiday and it was dirty!), I rinsed and noticed once again why I like PwS.
Look at the sheeting and gloss after 3 months and over 6 washes......
Even on the glass....
Paint Correction:
(Menzerna's 1066ff/ClearKote VMG 75/25 mix via the Cyclo & EDGE2K Green Pads)
This combo worked great. Removed all swirl, cleaned the paint, and really brought the gloss. There was no dusting at all and the work time was really good. I can tell that the Cyclo breaks down Menzerna's polishes a little better than the UDM. It really allows me to bring up the surface gloss.
Paint Protection:
(Polish with Sealant via the Cyclo & EDGE2K Greek Pads)
Why change a good thing? The nice thing about using PwS after a polish is that I'm secure in getting the paint totally clean. I really like the fact that I can do all the glass with it too. I even hit the trim with it when I done with the paint/glass. I then take off one of the 4" pads and do the wheels and door jams. One of the beauties of the Cyclo and EDGE pads. PwS is so easy to remove........simply effortless! The gloss is deep and the metallics pop. I don't have to worry about durability either.

Some interiors.
The driver's floor mat is shot. Nothing more I can do for it.
