"Ming Mirror Finish"

Sealer and Glaze is used to fill surface imperfections and give an even shine to the finish. On vehicles exposed to the elements, I'd suggest it be topped with a wax (one without any cleaner in it) either paste or liquid to give it longevity. Without a wax topper, it'll likely last 7-10 days depending on the environment.

On our show cars, it's true we don't use any wax - just the glaze. However, they stay inside, under covers, and are prepped each time they go out. On the Hot Rod Power Tour (a cross country drive of cool cars), I drive one of the toys and usually glaze it every morning, and wash it every night. Back to the glaze stuff - if it were me, I would wash, clay and polish as require to get a mar free finish. Then, I would glaze and top that with a cleaner-free product (we make both paste and liquid without cleaner, as do other companies), and maintain by frequent washing and the use of an instant detailer. I would apply another coat of glaze every other time I waxes, before the application of the wax.

This assumes it's a daily driven vehicle. If it were a toy, I'd wash, clay, polish and glaze only (and often).

that scam has been going on for years. notice how you see these"never wax again" places pop up on the corner. they stay for about 1.5 years, then poof! their gone. then i've seen them 30 mis down the road. they do this to avoid having to warranty their work....pretty sneeky huh?
