1. Wash - Blue Coral Wash and Wax, might pick up some ONR

2. Polish- Menzerna SIP + FP

3. Opti Seal

4. CG Butter Wax

Ideas appreciated

Theres no perfect combo. Some cars you may kill the paint with SIP others you wont even budge the scratches.

My normal lineup is fairly stron, as ive been getting a few really swirled/scratched up cars.

1) Meguiars Hyperwash with a bit of APC

2) Menzerna powergloss on a rotary

3) Meguiars #66 Quick detailer (cleaner wax)

4) Duragloss aquawax

Swirls and scratches removed and nice n glossy.

On my car and customers with cars in good nick.

1) Wash with Hyperwash

2) 106FF with rotary

3) Meguiars #66 with random orbital

4) Natty blue

5) Duragloss aquawax to remvoe any dust.

Idk I just have a thing with Blue Corals wash.. I love it, i have used it on about 5 cars now, suds alot, cheap, and gets the job done

I started out with Blue Coral when I bought my first car (02 RSX-S). I didn't want to spend much money on car stuff at that time. I bought the Blue Coral wash, and wax. I spent like 8 hrs waxing it (my first time ever). It rained that same day... and the shine of the finish was almost completly gone. I didn't know much back then.. but I think the protection of that Blue Coral was pretty bad!

Of course the protection is bad, thats not why im using it, im uding it as a wash not a wax

I believe that particular Blue Coral leaves a coat of wax behind, (or attempts to anyway), so it really shouldn't be used in your particular procedure. Otherwise, you're leaving behind a coat that you're now trying to remove with your following procedures. Plus it "pollutes" with wax the subsequent pad you're going to use on the next step.

IMHO, you should use a wash only, not a wash/wax combo. That wash/wax combo might be OK if that's all you're going to do on the car.
