In the next few months, with bulk purchasing power, we hope to have a towel for about 30 cents less than that!
Heaviest weight towel I have seen is a 66.6 gram towel on a scale- 16" sq. This is not the material weight, but the actual weight of one towel.
Of course, user preference is always going to be priority one! I was using a more expensive towel and found that our less expensive towel works just as good or better with our waterless product. Thus, I am saving my expensive towels for final buffing/wax removal, etc.
I still use waffle weave for drying and for glass- although I never had a real complaint for huck towels for glass.
Today, it was mostly a white terry towel day with the steamer- so even the terry towels have their place.
