Microfiber or Foam applicator?

I was just wondering if anyone had any tips regarding what applicator I should use when hand polishing my car. I'm using Sonus Paintwork Cleanser and I don't if I should use Sonus yellow, red & black applicator or if I should use a micro fiber applicator.



Any thoughts?

Personally, I'd go with the foam for that kind of work.

Personally, I would use the foam applicator for applying a cleansing lotion.

I only like MF applicators for liquid sealants. Foam for just about everything else.
