Do the Eurow MF have this same problem? I've read so many positive reviews about them, now might be the time to order some.

not in my experience, just used some today as a matter of fact...

Same here. Mine has been washed twice. And no lint still.:woot:

andrew, i've used mine a few times as well :D . we just got a brand new 50" screen TV and this combined with IG did an excellent job gently cleaning it up as it is scratch sensitive (black too)...

here's an example... Optimum Towels (towards the bottom)

I tend not to believe research done by the company trying to sell a product. People are too quick to believe "research" they see.

Referring to the pictures, it doesn't say what brand of terry towel was used, nor how it was used for the test. This is what I would call BAD research. If someone can show me a real test (or inform me that this one was actually well done), then I'll be glad for some definitive truth. However, for now I'll remain a skeptic.

Those pictures have been floating around for several years. Autopia even shows it in the MF section of the How-To Guide:

Using Microfiber Detailing Products

They do note the following:
I found these pictures showing a lab test of 100% cotton terry toweling (right) and a terry weave microfiber towel (left) and a freshly painted test panel. I was not able to get more information, including magnification or toweling specifications.

i have some high quality terry mf's and still prefer a plush high quality mf over them, and they are easier to take care of and last longer in the long run. all i can say is use both and find out what YOU like, as i've done for myself...

My blue Cobra Glass Towels lint like an SOB. Given that they are used on glass, its terrible. Because of this, I never buy Cobra's.

FWIW, I have tons of Pakshak MF's, short nap/glass, Long nap, and WWMF's and no lint whatsoever ~50+ washes.

My older (yellow) Cobra MFs for glass did that too, except for *one* of them that's still ling-free afte years of use (we use that one on our eyeglasses). Most of my WWMFs for glass eventually linted too, so I consider it a useful-service-life issue and just replace them as necessary.
