Micro towels question

Just wondering if I could use microfiber towels exclusivly? Like to clean and dress the interior as well as glass, wiping down tires, buffing off a hand wax job....ect. Just seems like the 100% cotton towels leaves little white balls and lent on the dash and gets and the seats ect. Can I use micro towels on just about anything?
 
Yes and I wouldnt have it any other way. Except for wiping down tires..simply because I use something less expensive as tires tend to be a lot dirtier.
 
I use MF towels for everything except metal polishing and really nasty jobs. I have cotton towels for that. I even use cheap WalMart MFs for washing/drying tires in the winter when a hose or good rinse is not an option.
