Miata on AIO/ Souveran

I've been hooked on the Klasse twins for the longest time (and I still am) but I had some Souveran that I needed to use. On my car, I'm ecstatic with the twins but Souveran gives something different: the color is deeper and wetter. Souveran can't touch the vivid reflections of light sources on the paint like Klasse, it doesn't show the metallic as well and it sure doesn't last as long. But, while Klasse on my car is very wet, Souveran makes it look dripping wet, as if it just came out of a vat of paint. Souveran also darkens the paint slightly to give a luxurious look.

Wow, that's amazing, when I look at the hood shot I almost don't notice the seam between the hood and fender... my eyes just follow the liquid reflections. Nice results.

Very nice! I just put a second coat of Souveran on my car this morning and it looks good. Too bad I'm not much of a photographer.

This time, I used just AIO. I will strip off the wax later on and start my winter coating of AIO x2/ SGx5 and then put on "sacrificial" layers of Souveran. I used S100 last year and I didn't like it at all on my car. Don't get me wrong. I love S100 on the other cars I've used it on, just not on this Miata.

Thanks for the compliments. But I'd like to give credit to the knowledge shared within Autopia. Thanks.

:bow Outstanding! The paint probably hasn't looked that wet since it was rolled out of the paint booth!

Add a second layer in about a week and then stop. You'll be good for about 6-8 weeks then.
