MFs -Why are the mint ones so popular?

I'm ordering some MF's from neatitems, and noticed they're backordered on the Mint colored ones. When I read everyone's post, people seem to specify 'mint'. Are they different than the other colors offered?
 
I wondered the same thing, until I got a few different ones. I got some blue ones with the mint ones, and the mint ones are much plusher. They feel like the cloths are made by different people. The blue ones work just as well, as far as I could tell, but the mint ones just FEEL so much nicer.
 
I can't explain it either.

I think someone weighed them and they were the same.

They do feel plusher for some reason.:nixweiss
