Who has the best deal on them right now? i'm looking to buy like a 1/2 dozen- dozen. What is the difference between the towels that are $4 a piece compared to the towels that are a buck and change a piece? they are made with the same ratio of fabric. i have some cheap MF's i got at sams club that are getting worn and I just got a Meguiars MF and they feel the same and are made with the same ratio of fabric.

Cheaper MF's tend to be a lot less absorbent than High Quality MF's. I've got both and I can say with great certainty that really good MF's (like poorboys mega plush, my personal favorite) hold about twice the water, fill up with product residue much slower, and are much softer. I'm not exactly sure of the science behind it but there's a process that splits the fibers so they are much softer and are able to hold more water. One of the sponsors could probably answer your question better.

I have brought about 25 plus MF towels this year and the PB ones are the best of the lot........I figure this way that I would rather have fewer high quality than a bunch of cheap-os....Steve's waffle weave are great for drying...his green work towels I just got last week and are great for about everything....the plush blue for windows are the best I've ever used......I hope this helps

Those do look like some decent pricing but I have to wonder about the quality of the MF, not are all created equal...Look at Steves at PB his are about the same in pricing and I know that plenty here can contest to the quality of them.

Beemerboy I just took a peak at PB site and his towels are not close to Robs towels unless I'm missing something. PB WW 24" x 36"=$11.50 each, 16"x16" MEGA PLUSH (no tag)
=$4.95 each/6=$24.95, WCD WW Two WW's 20x40"=$22.99 fee shipping when ordered by them selves, 16x16 (tagless as well)=$2.50. I'm not saying PB aren't worth their weight in gold I'm sure they are, I have a few PB products and couldn't be happier and plan on buying more PB products. I'm almost positive I'll be ordering Steve's towels in the near future but as of right now Rob has the better prices/deal.
