I tried to order 3 of your towel, when I went to the cart it was adding nano skin or whatever is was which I never added, when cleared out the cart and started it was defaulting at 10 towels, no matter what I did to remove them, it was still adding 10 towels. After I tried it for about 20 minutes, I finally gave up.



Anyone else been on their site and had this issue? The over 25.00 free shipping and I'd like to order them, but can't jump through all these hoops to do it.

I'm so sorry you're having troubles. I will notify our webmaster right away. In the meantime give us a call and we will get them out right away.

I tried to order from there once. The site said free shipping over a certain amount, I bought that amount and I kept charging me shipping in the cart. So, I just ended the order.

I had the same experience and figured it was just me.

Agreed. Bypass all the rhetoric and pick up the phone. John is an awesome guy to deal with!
 
It sounds like several people have had this problem and it has cost John a few sales. I'm sure he's happy to know about any web related issue because from what I've read, he has a great product. It would be a shame that something totally unrelated to his product was hindering sales.
 
Agreed! And I bet by him reading this thread it will kick start a full investigation into the problem.



What is great about a company sponsoring a forum like this is not just the fact that they have a chance to gain sales from the exposure. But, they also get 1st hand vital information about any much needed improvements that are needed and/or any problems people may be experiencing.

Because often times companies like to know if others were having issues, it's not like I was slamming them for it. They have good prices and good customer service. Thanks for your concern.
 
ordered the towels yesterday after going on the site the night before. It had started to get worked on, but I guess glitching because I put 3 single towels and it was adding the bulk order instead. The next night it was working. It's honestly better to wait... even had I gotten the towels from anywhere else because of their shipping cost. I like Phil over at DD a lot, but his shipping on 3 towels was 12.25 I believe and over at ECC wanted even more than that. It literally would cost over half of the order price to ship. That's just a bit much for me. I would rather have the option of shipping USPS priority or even economy when I don't need something right away.
