Metabo Polisher, heard of it? Looks good!

Hey guys, I was on topoftheline.com and saw this polisher the "metabo", it is lite and made in Germany. Anyone ever use it or heard of it. I looks good at 4.5lbs and as small as a PC! Thanks, thinking about ditchin' the Makita for this for the size and weight, love the PC size and workability! Here is the link

I think Jimmy Buffit uses this machine. The advantage like you pointed out is the machines light weight, which would help if you detail cars all day every day. I was thinking the same thing about buying this rather than the Makita. I'll be watching this thread to help my decision.

Another option at just a hair over 5lbs. in the same price range. . .Fein Polisher at Coastal Tool. I've heard some great things about Fein quality.

Jimmy where did you get it? Does it have the rpms so that you can set it and turn it on without your hand on the trigger or switch? Also how quiet is it? Basically please give us a run down of the polisher for we are all curious!
