I detailed this car a couple weeks ago. The inside and outside was a wreck. The hood had light marks from tree branches....there were scratches down the sides......and the inside was stained badly with spilled drinks and such.....I didn't take any before pics.....because i thought i would be stretched for time.....but to my surprise i finished in 5 hours....

On the outside i used a rotary with a yellow pad and 1z Paint Polish( would have used ultra...but i didn't have much left and PP is easier to use anyway.) Immediately followed with a PC, white pad, and VM......I put SG over it to seal it.

The inside was spot cleaned with Woolite 1:4 and the mats were treated with 303 Hitech fab guard(2 coats) Everything else was wiped with a MF treated with a small bit of 1z Cockpit Premium....mainly for the smell...haha

man no replies....i guess since everyone has to actually hit the reply button instead of using the quick reply box posts are getting more scarce...

Looks good, did you notice much orange peel? I have alot of it on my cougar, paint is pretty soft tho and everything cleans up nicely.

yea i noticed some orange peel......i found the paint harder than the paint on my Accord....

thats cause the paint sucks. Had a 93 cougar, same thing, i hard to work on because its too soft, and scratches easy.

the back end also looked to be repainted.....there were paint in between the bodypanels that looked like it had been filled in with paint a bit.....and i could see light sanding marks on the rear passenger quarter panel...
