Hi all,

Just done my fathers MB S320 today.

Its approx 2 years old with 21,000 miles on it.

Its not had much tlc and has been washed in car washes most of its life so far.

I`m educating my Dad about the ways of swirl free paint.

Sorry for no before shots... I had to get on with it.

Washed with Simonez car wash and eurow mitt

Clayed with claymagic blue

Polished about 60-70% of swirls out with Orange Sonus pad on PC speed 6 with SSR2.5

This left some blooming on the bonnet so this was followed by Green Sonus pad on PC speed 5 with SSR1.

Then I applied VM with a Blue sonus pad on PC speed 4 inc windows and lights.

Then used a Grey Sonus pad on PC with EX-P at speed 3 and left for 1 hour.

Wheels have NXT wax applied by hand, with the tyres treated with Bold N Bright(also inner wheel arches)

What do you think...

Maybe it's a Europe-only model. That's my guess. :nixweiss

Thanks for all the kind comments..

I think the key to doing this car was not to try and remove 100% of the swirls.

I was going to top it with #16, but loved the way it looked as it was...

Lets see how EX-P holds uk to UK weather...

Ps pics coming soon of my Impreza after a bumper and bonnet respray...I`m just waiting fot the paint to cure.(30 days)

No 6 cylinder S Classes in America any longer. The last one would have been in the previous generation (W140) car.
