I would have gone for that, but now I'm waiting until SEMA to see if the US is going to be getting M101 and if not, I finally found a source in Italy that will work with me to import some. I think that will be even better than the original M105 based on everything I've heard.

It wont be cheap, I tell you that. Here in Sweden 32oz bottle with #105 is , with todays exchange rate, $94.12.

The Italian source I found has M10132 listed at 29,99 EUR, which according to the exchange rate I found makes it roughly $41.50 USD. The shipping is probably going to be a killer, but I may try to facilitate a group buy if it comes down to it and distribute the cost among however many people want the stuff.

So what exactly is the deal with 101? If it's worth it, I might get in on a group buy but I want to make sure it's not just some "forbidden fruit".

From what I understand in reading posts from Kevin Brown and a few others who are in-the-loop with Meguiar's products, M101 has more cut than M105, and is also capable of finishing better than M105.

Ok, now I'm interested. If you do set up a group buy, give a holler. I'm guessing it's SMAT too?

Charlie, if M101 does not get released in the US (we'll know for sure after SEMA), I'll be in for four quarts. I could care less about the price to get the stuff, honestly.

One thing that I agree with is that Meguiars has a great marketing team!

Looking forward to try the new power gloss i think its called S100 or S200. Like the original it should be a real cutting compound not a polish that turns into dust in seconds before any real correction can be achieved.

Wait, M105 doesn't actually correct anything?

It's ok to have a preference, but c'mon, that's just ridiculous.
