When you are using 30% or less of RMG the filling properties are minimal. I am not using it for its filling properties, rather to increase the working time and cut down on the dust. If I am applying something like zaino for a LSP I always do a 50/50 wipedown. If you have some RMG give it a try with PG and then do a 50/50 wipedown, let us know if any filling is going on.
