Menzerna FMJ---is it going bad?

While I haven't sniffed it (the weekend is coming up though!) I have noticed my FMJ dropping slickness very soon after any contact with water. My bottle is about 2 years old I'd say... I thought it was just me getting fed up with the product but I guess it could be age as well.

I just top about once every 2 weeks with AW and use Duragloss' OD after every wash and it's probably the best combo I'd have yet. I will be switching to DG105 once I find it local, FMJ is too finniky for me these days.

I have not noticed a smell in FMJ at all. It is virtually odorless. But if yours has a funk, I would call CMA and ask what that is attibuted to.

I'm glad someone mentioned the smell of FMJ because it was the only thing I didn't care for about the product; mine has a bit of a "sour" smell to it. Not offensive enough that I couldn't work with it, but I was surprised as other manufacturers seemed to go out of their way to make the products at least smell pleasant if not outright delicious.

I got mine as a Hot Tub purchase from another member so I don't know the age of it when I received it; I've had it for about 9 months. It still seems to work fine, but obviously I have no real basis for comparison.

Just use the one you like most. If you want to try something else, go ahead and try it. No need to debate. Problem solve!!!!

There was no debate from the OP. It was the other posters that jumped in and started with the other brand. He in no way asked for, or about the other brand.
