Menzerna FMJ and FTG

Have got a bottle of each on order, looking forward to seeing what all the hype is about Finishing up the paint on my vette with IP and FP right now.



I've read conflicting reports on applying the FTG....some do it with a pad, and some by hand. I have both the white polishing pad and grey finishing pad from LC....if my PC, which one? or by hand?



FMJ definitely by hand i think, microfiber applicator.



As a side note, my girlfriend called me anal today.....just because I rinsed the washing machine out twice BEFORE I put my microfibers in....geez. Then she has the nerve to ask why i don't just use the powder soap....some people :nixweiss

The CMA site says you can use either method, and recommends using the white polishing pad when using the PC. The first and only time I used FTG it was by hand. I was really surprised how much polishing action the product had. My MF was getting quite a bit of paint color (non-clear-coated car). So next time I think I will use the PC to take advantage of the polishing action.
