Menzerna Final Polish II, Glaze & FMJ

Has anyone tried the new Menzerna products:

Final Polish II, Finishing Touch Glaze, and the FMJ, Full Molecular Jacket? I have used the Menzerna IP and FP before on jet black paint and have had good results. I understand that the Final Polish II has be reformulated to not 'flash' so fast.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

Cheers,

I don't think many have ponied up the $40 yet for the FMJ. I want to try it but I'm in love with Wolfgang right now.

I have.

Some I use for almost a year now.

FP II (PO85RD) is FMJ (PO85U) with abrasives.

The complete line of products works wonderful, Scottwax and Anthony Orosco got FMJ first than everybody else. They can give their testimony.

I didn't answered before cause I thought you didn't care for my opinion :nixweiss

jgv , I'm a little confused now about these new products. Are you saying FMJ is a polish and not a sealant because CMA is selling it as a sealant comparable to Zaino and Klasse SG. Like I said int my PM to you I've been using all three Menzerna polishes and love them , I would like to try some FMJ but only if it is a pure sealant and not a polish. Thanks for the help and insight into these products.

I think that what he is saying is that FMJ is a pure sealant, but the FPII now contains FMJ on top of the pure polish that it used to be.

ok I think I got it now. So is FP version 1 still available? I like it alot for Zaino prep but it probally won't work well if the new version has any form of wax in it. thanks

What Menzerna calls 'Sealing Wax' here is what is called there Finishing Touch Glaze (don't this guys know about the Internet?!)

The PO85U (FMJ there) is called here Final Polish, tho it's a non abrasive, non containing silicones product.

There's no such thing as a sealant or a QD for Menzerna.

One thing's for sure, I've never seen such an improvement over IP/FP as with a single application of PO85U (FMJ). Top it with what you want, it'll will not improve anymore.

oh boy thats confusing , they shoud just have one name for each of their products. jgv have you read CMA's description of FMJ , they are realling making it out to be a sealant , should I not expect this from FMJ , should I only use it as a last polish type product? Here is the link to CMA's description http://www.properautocare.com/menzernafmj.html

tpgsr , glad I'm not the only one confused by this!

:D I think Menzerna needs to pick a name and keep it. I'm going to e-mail CMA and get there take on this.

Hey! Just IP (if required) FP and FMJ (PO85U) it. It doesn't matter what's the hype, what they call it there. It works! It shines!.

I've topped it with WG, EX-P and Z5. Each only added slickness, as PO85U leaves a squeaky surface like FP does.

Just use it, as others did ;)

Actually, this is a little confusing being what we call products is different than what jgv has for names. The final polish is the same good old formula, but with add lubricant (just read the link, it explains) The FMJ contains the polymers I think This new stuff is confusing

This is called the Internet! :D

Our British friends don't even get replies from their Menzerna distributor. I myself had to find a new one cause the old one decided he only would sell me six pack cases.

Menzerna had to find a way to sell products in the US, and you guys don't buy them if they are called PO73 or PO85U, but you do if they are called FTG or FMJ. That's the American way!

They are TOPS, that's for sure, and if you buy some ocus pocus products that anyone heard before, why shouldn't you use the same stuff Mercedes and Porsche uses? as OEM??

Oh, dont get me wrong, i have been using the menzerna products that were available to us for quite a while. I am very wexcited about the release of new products, Menzerna is a very high quality company, and i love the chemicals i have used thus far (IP, FP) I cant wait to test out FMJ and the new FPII, the glaze is on my list also, but after the other two products since i am pretty happy with what i have. It will get tested, may take a month but i will buy it soon enough. Thanks for all of the info and such fast responses jgv :xyxthumbs

yeah I too have been using , powergloss , IP and FP for some time now and I love them. I justed wanted to make sure FMJ was indeed a protectant type product and not a polish. thanks for the input jgv

I've reread this twice and can't seem to get the response. Is FMJ more geared as a polish *final polish taken to the next level* or is FMJ a sealant.

I called CMA today and I was advised it's a sealant.
