Memorial detail v. My Z/28

i personally like my tires to have that super wet look. :nixweiss

just me, :D

and well, the durability, for now the car sits outside and gets driven in the rain sometimes. so on that note, the car gets washed frequently and the tires get scrubbed at the same time.

so mustang guy, what do you suggest. ??

i am not only an fbody guy, i am a car guy ( plus my bro-in-law has a mustang gt ) :xyxthumbs

here is his 00 GT, it is lowered 1 inch and has the 18in cobra wheels. he has since bought cross-drilled and slotted rotors, and he painted the calipers red and the brackets black. no pics of that sorry :o

oh yeah, do not comment on the stock 16 inch wheels, the pic was taken last summer, looks kinda funny, i am used to the 10 spokes already :xyxthumbs

yeah, he is not like us though. he can't handle detailing the paint for over 4 hours. and he won't let me use the PC either

i told him that the paint is going to look just that much better, maybe some IP and wolfgang !!

he does not want a machine to be used on the paint, but i tried to tell him......

" hello ?!?!?!? i use it on my car and i am the same way about my car as you are yours............."

but that did not work :sosad

im the same way, i bleed ford blue but i can respect any car that looks good. i mean i just have had bad experiences with armor all products in general. i used to use them a long time ago but have since changed my ways. on a daily driver the stuff would sling all over my rear bumper and two days after i put the stuff on it was back to looking the way it did before i even detailed the wheels and tires. it would also turn my tires brown after a long enough period of time. i use z-16, it gives it a sweet shiny yet matte black finish. or if i want them really shiny i use pb's bold and bright, good product as well. i personally like the kermit green color lol, i think its a pretty sweet color, and you hardly ever see anyone with it. just my two cents man, didn't mean to offend or anything.

oh yeah, its been 2 weeks since i applied the z16, and the tires still look really good. i'm all about durability, plus with that stuff a little goes a long way.

no offense taken :xyxthumbs

just wanted to get someone else's opinion on tire dressing,

how about something local ?? like stoner's ??

i also used to use megs endurance tire gel but that turned my tires brown as well. meg's natural shine is great for the dash and looks great on the tires too, i use that pretty often when i don't want to use the more expensive zaino stuff.
