Melted tootsie roll in cup holder

I need to clean the interior of my jetta bad. I've neglected both my jetta and f150. I haven't detailed the jetta in well over a year if not longer. The interior is all black. There is a metled tootsie roll in one of the cup holders and i can't remove the holders to clean. What can I use to soften the chocolate tootsie roll in the bottom and to remove it? Is there anything I can use to clean the nooks and crannies along the shifter,and others spots on the center console?

I would first try a piece of ice, to get the tootsie roll very hard, and pop most of it out of the cup holder. Then use some S&W to remove the residue.
