I hope the #2 Fine Cut is the new version that works OK by PC. AFAIK the #1 Medium Cut is still rotary-only. Both are pretty aggressive, the #1 is kinda in that "scary aggressive" category.
Using a Meg's rotary-only product by PC can leave hazing that can only be removed with a rotary; this is one mistake you probably don't want to make.
I haven't used the OHC, but the #2 is a *lot* more aggressive than OP so they might be similar (meaning #2 might be similar to OHC). The #1...well, IMO it's maybe in the "if you have to ask, you probably shouldn't use it" range.
OK, I figured as much. Both of them are probabably 4+ years old so I doubt they are any sort of 'new' version. I guess I'll consider them useless for now.
