No answer. Process, not product. If done properly, the results should be indistinguishable. Use the ones that are easiest for you to use, or that cost less, or that are easiest to find.

As Tom said its process, not products, but if working by had, I'd suggest 1z polishes ( MP and PP ). I didnt enjoy using Menzerna by hand personally. And unless you are super-human ( or Scottwax ) DACP by hand is an arduous task. Any brand clay should be fine, although most here seem to like the Megs or Claymagic blue.

Topper? Go wild although a lot of members are getting good results with Wolfgang, maybe give that a bash? Or Klasse is a favourite of mine. Its all down to personal preference at that stage.

Process not product :xyxthumbs

However, no doubt, I would take option #2 if *I* were doing it. However, I would use the Menzerna Glaze before the FMJ. I really love the stuff. It'll look sick on your dark paint.

With option #1, you can't really compare DACP to MPPC. MPPC does nothing for swirls. It is a good paint cleaner for blemishes, sap, paint transfer, leaf imprints etc... For me, it is more of a "spot" product rather than going over the whole vehicle with it. You can go over the whole car, but if you have scratches or swirls then I would use DACP. #81 + NXT is a nice combo - careful about the smearing if you choose it. I used it on a dark gray Tahoe and it looked sweet.
