Meguiar's QID Review

01WJLimited

OTC Home Detailer
Sorry guys, no pics on this one, I was too excited to see how it worked and tried it as soon as I got home today.

My interior isn't very dirty, but the dash, console, and surrounding areas were beginning to look a little streaky and crappy looking from some interior wipes I used a while back.

I misted the QID on the dash, and wiped it away with a microfiber towel. I could see and feel the difference instantly. The streaky look is gone, and I discovered why I love this product: No greasy look, no oil whatsoever, the dash looked how it did in it's brand new form. Beautiful matte look. I was getting tired of the super shiny dust attracting dressings.

This stuff is perfect for me, since the only stuff my interior sees for the most part is dust. It's a perfect finishing touch to an interior cleaning. I used it on the face of the CD player, overhead display, guage pod cover, and woodgrain. Again, no oily streaks. Everything looked great. If I didn't wipe it up, it evaporated.

Overall, I give it two thumbs up. $4.99 for the 16 oz. bottle at Pep Boys.

Megs QID is one of my favorite products. It's almost as versatile as APC, but has UV protection in it. The cleaning power of Megs QID is quite impressive and it leaves everything looking factory fresh as opposed to other products which leave at best a light sheen.
