Meguiars NEW G110 V2 - Lets ROCK AND ROLL BABY!

What differentiates this compared to the Ultimate Detailing Porter Cable DA polisher? I was thinking of picking up the Porter Cable, but would be interested as to why you choose this tool instead.

Sorry to quote myself, but in the one video Joe said that the Porter Cable is a "rattle trap". I hate how my hands and fingers would almost go numb when working with the PC at higher speeds.

Is this still a problem with the Ultimate Detailing PC DA polisher and is the Meguiars G110v2 better in this aspect as well?

Any help would be appreciated.

what's the price tag on that? I am looking for something like that to maybe apply wax or do some light correction . . . . . . otherwise i just use my makita.

most vendors are pre-selling it (G110v.2) for under/around $150, and that price was the regular price before for the older G110's. it looks like the price has increased $20-$30 for the new one depending on where you get it...

Don't know about the G110v2, but the new Griot has way less vibration than the PC.

That is nice. I just wish the PCXP came with a bale handle like the G110s series polishers.

I don't use mine with the handle. I just put my hand on the head of the polisher. I feel I get more control that way. No handle on my rotary either.

Great vids - looks like a good machine! Thanks!

I'd like a bale handle as well. It was what I liked most about the Griot's RO.

My PCXP seems much smoother than my older 7336. Would be interested in checking out the v2. Maybe when we replace the shop PC...
