I like the towels alot for removing polishes and LSPs. Here is a link from CMA about them. The photo they use is of the older style. The new ones (the ones at the eBay store) are borderless, and actually do better on paint than the older ones.

Thanks for the link , I'll read it over. :xyxthumbs

Somebody bought all of the #16.

Yep , one person finished off the last 17 cans . It's all gone but who know's it may show up later. :buffing:

Thanks again.

That #16 wouldn't have been a bad investment. Keep it for a year or so then resell to all the #16 lovers that ran out for twice or more the price bought. I bet thats what that last guy was thinking.

Wll I did get in there and buy some clay, 5 bottles of MCCP and some shop wipes. That was pretty cool of them to do this for the victims of Katrina, thanks to the person that let the forum members know.

All of the Ultimate Wipe MFs are gone now too. At $26.54 for the 20-pack, that was a savings of $43.45 off of the normal bulk price. It looks like somebody stocked up on those too!

Thanks for letting us know about the auction Superior Shine!

I'm sure in a couple of years something new will take #16's place  then his idea wasn't so good. I was just at my local supply house they had #16 on the shelf . (I didn't ask the price) .

Towels and clay are gone now.... :(

Do you think they will replenish the stock or once it's gone it is truly gone?

I think you'll see some products come back and new ones come up . Something to remember before you place order's ,they only ship to the US.

The best replacement for #16 is #21. In my experience it looks better, lasts longer, is cheaper, and is easier to use. There's no performance-related reason to want #16 over #21, or over Zaino or UPP for that matter. In my experience the only reason to want #16 is the manner of working it; it is a heavy paste wax with a distinctively pleasing smell that is very satisfying to apply and remove when used properly. It's a fine performer, but the newest sealants beat it in every way. Its time has passed. And this is from a dedicated carnauba guy.

They are down to 10 items now...they had 16 last night. Nothing has been replenished or added in the last 24 hrs. MPPC is gone now too.

Future resale wasn't my plan. I believe West Marine still has some in stock. I picked up 9 tins a few weeks back.

Hopefully they do..... Regarding the residence, that is not a problem ;)

The storefront says, "The response has been amazing! Keep checking back for updated products and offers. We will be updating the store daily."

They are down to 8 products now. Maybe they will add some more soon. :nixweiss

I wasn't asking for a suggestion (I use both now) . I was simple saying #16 is and has been all the rage for years . Now that it's gone a new product will be all the rage soon enough . #21 might be that product but only time will tell .
