meguiars dual action polisher

is it just me, or does meguiars polisher look exactly like the pc 7424? it seems to me they just badged their name on the polisher and charge an extra $100. Anyone have the lowdown on this?
 
You're basically paying the extra cash for the Meguiar's logo and the warranty.....supposedly they'll have it fixed if it breaks. Is it worth the steep price tag? Up to you... Griot's also inflates their price on the PC.... You should be able to find one for around $100, for the model 7424 or 7336sp.
