Meguiar's Deep Crystal polish

Meguiar's Deep Crystal 3 step system polish. I'm wondering if it's any good. Meguiar's says this polish is to norish and condition the paint for a deep wet look shine.

I'm wondering if it's any good. And if you use it before using UPP will it keep it from adhering well?
 
Sam. . .it 's ok. I think there are other polishes I'd rather use.
The 3 step system is fine for the money, however once I tried other products, even in the Megs family, I found that I didn't return to the maroon bottles. In fact the only two Megs product I use these days are #6 cleaner/wax on my wife's Malibu and #16 on my Acura.

If you get a chance try Clearkote's Vanilla Moose. Now there's a polish!!!
 
Its one of the first products I ever use'd....It wont remove oxidation, swirls, and other paint defects..
But if you paint was near new and near perfect....it did a great job....there are other products better...but they weregreat beginners products...
 
If you can find it, #81 Hand Polish works much better than Deep Crystal. I've been on a Meg's buying kick lately and picked up a bottle of it. I used it on my parents black Moutaineer over the weekend and never had black come out looking so good. You will need to put something over top of it as it has a lot of oils and won't last very long on it's own.
 
it is not the greatest product. It's what I have onhand. Will the oils keep UPP from adhering to the surface?

Since you have asked the question a couple of times without getting an answer, I guess I'll throw in my opinion.

Yes, I definitely think it will keep UPP from bondiing properly. I wouldn't use any sealant over it. A wax would be OK though.

For the prep before UPP, wither 4 Star Ultimate Paint Cleaner or Klasse AIO would be a better choice. Give the Deep Crystal to a friend.
