Meguiars # 9 Swirl remover

Heed some help here. Just used some on my wifes 2001 Saab 9-5 Turbo, took out swirls but not scractches, whats next step or steps. One scratch might have to be painted. PM

Well, it is swirl remover! LOL. How deep are these cratches? Can we see pics?

You may have to move up to M83 or M105 depending on how bad the scratches are in the paint. If you can feel them with a fingernail, they need to be filled and touched up

Yeah, what they said. That is a VERY light cutting fine polish.



Some pictures would really help us direct you towards the proper products.



But generally speaking, M105 is a great and fairly safe product for serious defect removal.



What tools are you using? Rotary? DA? Hand?

Works great by hand and commonly available in stores.

Put some passion in it.

my .02 but megs swirl remover is minimal at removing swirls by machine and will act mostly as a filler/clearner by hand with little "real" correction
