Meguiars #26 - liquid or paste?

Yep, me again!

I guess the liquid will be easier to apply, but is there any real, significant difference between the liquid and paste?

Thank you (again!)

The paste will have better durability and you'll get far more applications from the paste than from the bottle. However, I prefer the liquid version simply because I enjoy applying it by machine and it's a pretty inexpensive wax. It's easy to apply an extremely thin, even layer of liquid #26 by machine. Dry time is very short and buffing is a breeze.

I prefer the liquid version myself...also enjoy applying it with the pc...as far as durability goes.. I never streched it out that far to know who lasts the longest...In two to three weeks, I will be itching to glaze and wax anyways....my guess on durability... probably a week or two difference...my 2 cents..

I prefer the liquid because it is a bit easier to use, but either one gives a nice warm glow to the paint. If S100 were to suddenly disappear, I'd probably go back to #26.

The paste will last a little bit longer but is a bit finikier to apply. I traded or sold my #26 tin away I think because I have my Souveran which is my main paste wax (got some Blitz too, two of the very best waxes I tried, P21S on the way...) and I have close to a gallon of #26 liquid.

A finishing foam pad with Pc + #26 liquid = very easy to use and a nice shine.....
