hi all,

i have the 4star UPP and i have to say that this product is one awesome sealant. 4star UPP is very durable, gives your car a deep gloss, and i also like slickness results.

its the new year and i feel like trying out a new sealant and i have my eye on the meguiars #21 synthetic sealant. i checked out the meguiars forums and they came out with a new upgraded #21 product which is the megs M21 v2.0 which superseeds the other #21.

everyone provide your opinion. hey charlesw i know you have used plenty of meguiars product, have you used the megs #21 sealant on your cars?

to anyone who have used the megs #21 synthetic sealant are you guys happy with this product? thanks for all of your inputs.

I have used #21, I like the look and the way the water sheets when rinsing. I also like the durability. This is the only sealant I have ever used so my opinion is based on this one product only.

The #21 is a product I haven't used. Considering that most of the Meguiar's products I have used have done a good job for me, I would think the #21 would as well.

If you have been using the 4 Star UPP, that's a tough act to follow. I used UPP for several years and got away from it because of a personal issue. When I need more sealant, I may go back to it.

I have used the old 21 and it was basically NXT with better durability.

The new 21 will be on the shelves soon.
If I was you I would wait a few weeks and get the new version it is claimed to be improved over the original 21

I have to say, I've used a lot of sealants in my day (haha), but 4* UPP is still right up there at the top with any of them. I like to try new things myself, but I do find myself coming back to it usually.

I have been using #21 and #20 for about 2 years. Good product with very good durability. Adds some depth to darker finishes. I use it only on darker cars with #20 on lighter finishes.

Its comparable to EX, but EX is easier to work with.

I believe Mike Phillips said the new version #21 is blended with #20

I have a Black Corvette and I'm looking forward to trying the new #21 on it.
I have used the new Ultimate Quick Detailer and it is awesome.
