Megs #80 or #205?

I will be waxing by hand so which is the easier product to work with? I already have 80 but have been reading up on 205. They both have a cut of 4. But 205 has there new micro abbraisive technology. Would I get better results in removing defects with 205? Or is there not going to be much of a difference compared to 80?

I find the M205 easier to do correction with and it generally finishes out better. Leaves things just a tad sharper IMO. And when working by hand, it's nice to not have to keep working the product until you're sure it's broken down.

I can't help but wonder about that equivalent ranking, but I guess it's based on the short-lived intitial bite of the #80.

They're just *different*...the consistent cut of M205 vs. the gradually more gentle (as it breaks down) cut of M80...plus M205 seems more effective overall on hard paint.
