Megs #7 glaze, is it a filler?

I don't know if this is the right section or not. I'm working on a car that I think I am going to try a glaze on. It's had some correction done to it but because of the condition of the clear I can't get all the defects out. I have never used a glaze or a filler before and have kinda shyed away from them. However due to the circumstances of this car I think it might be a good thing.



I mainly use and have access to Megs products. Is this what #7 is intended for? I did a search but what I found was really old and didn't cover this aspect of #7.
