Among the many British cars I have owned quite a few have been TR's. Fun cars. Great sounding, torquey engines, especially the six cylinders. This is one of two identical TR-6's I had at the same time.

Man that car looks great, and brings back a lot of memories. How much restoration did you have to do? I did a frame-off on a '63 MGB years ago. I was a student, and about went broke with it, so had to sell it about the time I finished. :(

Not a ground up, but I did quite a lot. I replaced just about everything but it was a running restoration.

Nice Car! I love the TR-6's. There's a nice red one down the road that always drives by and gives me the thumbs up when I'm outside detailing my Alfa.

On a side note, I bet those big rubber blocks on the front and rear bumpers can be removed. That would probably be against regulations, but who would know, and it would make for a much cleaner look.

love the lbc's. my dream car to build is to take a chrome bumper mg-b and do a frame up resto and install a ported rotary engine. the 12b engine from the, i believe, 1st gen rx7. they pull around 250-300 hp. in a 2300lb car? yeah baby!

whoops! after reading some of your other posts, i hope i didn't offend you brad. you seem like a british car purist. nothing wrong with that, your cars are gorgeous. i just know some folks get upset when someone mods an old british car.

have two of these so i would like to trade one for another brand if someone has anything let me know. It is a 3x5 black meguiars logo on like a canvas like fabric and has the eyes in the corners to hang.
