Meg short shipped my order

Ordered #83, #80 and clay from Meg's website. Received my order minus the #83. They tossed in a detailing brush. Nice jesture on their part. :D



Now I'm just waiting for the #83 to start my spring cleaning
 
I've always found that Meguiar's has EXCELLENT customer service. They always try to make it up to you if they mess up or if one of their products doesn't funciton.
 
I work for a large mail-order distributor, and when you don't receive something you ordered and receive something you didn't order, it's usually a case of someone picking the wrong product in their warehouse. As Mikeyc said, call Meg's cust service, and they'll make it right.
 
Thanks, I called Meg's customer service and they told me #83 is back ordered to about mid April. Yikes...
 
Since you're in Atlanta, I bet you can get #83 locally. Call around to your local NAPA store, auto paint or body store, etc. with the Megs part number, and see if someone has it. The part numbers are M8301 for the gallon size and M8332 for the 32 oz. size.



If you can get it locally, then cancel the backorder with Megs.

I believe your M-8332 may have been back-ordered as Meg's is currently out of stock and awaiting an order of the 32 oz, M-83. Did you call customer service and inquire about the item?
