medium cut and pad combo?

hello all. i am looking to get rid of medium to light scratches, swirls and cobwebs on a 97 mercedes in silver. i have a PC and wanted to know the best compound to use for the problems stated. lots of people like Optimum Compound, Menzerna and Presta. which one of these are best with a PC and which Pad (EDGE, or Lake Country and colors) is best?
 
What I have finally leaned to was Optimum and Menerza. I have optimum to start off with because its cheaper. But I do plan on still getting Menzerna but its expensive and hard to get depending on which one your trying to get.
