this stuff is damn hard to buff off, and when i finally do get it all off, it looks like crap. am i doing something wrong? putting too much?

first i used medallion paint cleaner, then i used #7 showcar glaze, and finally i topped it off with the medallion paint protection. i applied all of these with foam pads. since the paint protection is very liquidy, i dont exactly know how much i put on the pad.

I am going to assume that you buffed everything off in between....

When I used liquids, I try to use it sparingly. I haven't used Medallion, but I used #20, which is a liquid polymer sealant. I put about a nickel sized dab on the applicator, and the will pretty much do half my hood. It's almost better to do too little than too much, as you can always do a second coat. After I have done the whole car, I wait about 10 - 15 minutes for it to haze over and then I buff off with an MF. Piece of cake. Takes me about 10 minutes to buff off the whole car.

What are you using to remove the Medallion with?

You might be using too much and leaving it on too long.

Do a search for Klasse and Zaino applications and you'll see that guys are getting 2 or 3 coats of these polymers per car!
