Mean Green? Any good?

I have a way to get pretty much an unlimited amount of this stuff for nothing. Had anyone ever used it? It reads that it's a cleaner/degreaser. Everything from laundry, floors, equipment, siding, etc at varying strengths. Mainly I'm wanting to use under the hood, fender wells, tires, and carpet cleaning. It lists ratios for carpet, laundry, grimey, light duty, etc. Do you think it would be ok or does anyone use it?

don't use it under the hood, it will pit aluminum. For carpets get a good carpet cleaner.
Everywhere else I use it straight.

i would not use it for cars personally, it is too harsh.

^ I ruined a doctors Eldorado engine using this stuff once. He chewed my butt out!! I never heard from him again either

A much safer OTC APC is Purple Power or my favorite Castrol's Super Clean

Any APC IMO is safe as long as it's diluted properly. I always start with a one part APC to ten parts water...I also NEVER spray that directly on any surface until I've checked to see how it reacts.
