Doing stuff.
Mercedes 560 SEC with the RennTech 6.0 and many other goodies. Car had a lot of little scratches and some mild swirls. Tricky, because part of it was repainted and other parts were OEM. So some was softer, some was harder.

Anyways

Washed with Gold Class

It being Renntech alone is an amazing facet but the way you made it look is even more amazing. I'm in the reply screen so I can't remember if you said what year it was but it's gotta be at least a decade. You made it look like it did when it came out of the showroom.

OMG that is *SO* close to the one I used to have it's unbelievable!! Mine had a trunklid spoiler and R8 wheels but was otherwise identical. Mine was built by AMG in Chicago rather than RennTech, though I had them redo the rearend with some lower gears. Thanks for the memories, nice job you did on it too. I know exactly what you mean about the repainted parts being softer than the factory paint.

Was that one straight black or the pearl/metallic black? What year was it (mine was an '86)?

That thing is pretty cool! Nice job. Do you notice a difference when you spitshine? I tried it and didn't notice any difference.

While I agree that the camera isn't the best, it was extremely hazy where I was (on the beach). I WISH I remembered my SLR, I doubt I'll do a car this cool in a long time. Thanks to everybody who replied. I also did his black CLK (got quite a workout that day), but don't have pics yet.
