General condition of the car surface at the time of arrival

Evaluation of the surface

One very neat trick that you can do is as follows, using a very thin clear plastic sandwich bag placed over your hand; gently pass it on a small section of the vehicle. Although the surface may look shiny and in good condition you will be amazed after this simple test what you will feel are a series of small bumps that you can’t feel with your bare hands. Those bumps are an indication that the vehicle’s surface is in need of attention.

However, we went one step further. Utilizing an electronic magnified device, this tool magnifies defects by up to 500 times. Now we can clearly see what our eyes don’t see.

I have never seen anyone use a wool pad like that on a DA polisher. That's interesting. Are you using different pads with the same compound?
