Thank you. Washing this black car must take place in hospital operating room quality sterile conditions :D (half joking) Will be keeping an eye on any additional swirl/light scratch development.
 
Two possibilities:

-not an aggressive enough product

-not working it in long enough



Regardless, with both #9 and DACP you need to spend a solid 3-5 minutes working it in. There should be nothing to "wipe" off when you are done, save some white dust.

Thanks for the help guys, I went out for a fresh start today. Started with DACP/yellow and worked it on #6 till it was clear/powder. Did the whole truck twice.....still have some problems but not nearly as before. Since I went over it 2 times, I had a good bit of hazing, so I used #9/yellow and removed the majority of it (different lighting shows the problems) Then used my wax pad with Mother's Reflections on #3 and the truck looks great.
