maxi oxidation on spolier

here is a picture of my mothers cars spolier, it has really heavy oxidation i think, tell me if its savable.

i've tried AG paint renovator and SRP on it with no effect. it might even be clearcoat failure i'm not sure. the damaged paint work is only on the spolier, other paintwork is okay considering it's had nine years of neglect.



okay i can't seem to post the piccy, is well within the size limit, (its 56kb) so i don't know whats wrong - any ideas with this first?
 
Cannot see your picture but from your description, it does not good. The Renovator is a very strong polish designed for heavy oxidisation. Might be worth a trip to a bodyshop
