Macgirl said:I haven't had very good luck with the "blue" painters tape either. I find it doesn't stick very good on clean or treated rubber window seals, plus the blue dye comes off on the pads. Probably no big deal, but I don't like it. I was looking at trying Scotch Pro. Automotive Masking Tape, anybody used it yet?
I use the Scotch Pro Automotive Masking Tape ( light green) from my Body Shop supplier. Works good for protecting edges and joints for those rotary sessions. No residue upon removal or dye transfer.
