Maserati MC Stradale wrap removal and paint correction

Did this one some time back and thought I`d finally post it up! Objective was to remove all of the vinyl wrap from Goldrush Rally and correct the paint to a high level to remove scratches and swirls and buffer trails. Correction work was done with Meguiars microfiber cutting and finishing discs with 101/205, final polishing LC black with Menzerna SF4000.

Grease pencil stencil markings for the installation of the vinyl wrap

Carbon fiber bits looked rough, as did the paint

50/50 shot of compounding on the trunk...solid result even before final polishing

Clarity and gloss restored to the hood

50/50 on carbon fiber mirrors

Clarity restored

Front bumper

Starting to look better

50/50 on the roof

All finished and out in the sun. Blackfire Wet Diamond was the sealant of choice
