Mark V Detailing products

Mothers Purchased them a few years back.

They cater to production detailers. I found the waxes to be very oily.

It may have changed.

havent used any of their polishes or waxes.i have used one of their 1 step cleaner/waxes that they call a glaze.one shot if i remember.similar to rejuvenator IMO.im currently using their ultra-gloss tire dressing.cheap and its water based from what i can tell.looks similar to armor all.lasts about 1 to 2 weeks on my tires depending on the weather.

I began using their products in '94. I went to the factory and met some of the owners. Unfortunately, they were involved in the great clay debate and lost.

I used their tire dressing- water based, sealants IP100 and 200. IP100 is not easy to remove if there is any humidity- this was back in '96 so it might have changed.

I also used Klenzol (APC).

I have not used any products from them for a long time as I switched to One Grand, but would use their shampoos and tire dressing still as I was not disappointed with those items.

I've used both Paint Sealant and Seal Bright over a year ago. I found both products easy on/easy off.

Paint Sealant left my finish clean and bright. It contains carnauba & polymers and non-staining. From memory, Mark V claimed it's durability for about 9-12 months. Paid $14 for 16oz.

Seal Bright is similar to Flash and left my finish a bit more wet looking. The label saids it can be used in direct sunlight and/or on wet paint. It is a fast drying and won't stain. Durability claimed about 3-6 months. I paid $6 for 16oz.

I think Paint Sealant is body shop safe and Seal Bright is not.

I've used both for about 6 months and thought these products worked well. I can't make any validations to their durability claim as I used Seal Bright monthly. I've since moved on trying other products and currently using DG 105 and AW.
