Man the cars are coverd in lint @ the>

No joke! I was watching one and couldn't believe the swirls in the paint! Mike Phillips will be able to comment on the condition of the paint when he gets back, but while some look fantastic, some look like they could use a little TLC- paint wise.

However, I saw a few cars that had awesome detail jobs done to them!

What a blast to watch that show. I just love it!

There was one that didn't even bother to detail the engine bay, the announcers really ripped the car apart.

That particular car was auctioned as a restoration project vehicle. Not one that had been restored. It sold, I believe for $30K-35K. Not a bad investment by the seller who only invested in a presentation paint job. :nixweiss

Point being: That cars at Show Auctions are not all restored but some are presented as projects vehicles.

Ahh I see, just going by what the announcers were commenting about. I think all of them sold, correct? Either way, it was great to watch.
