makita vs. dewalt

I see alot of people talking about the makita rotary, but not seeing much about the dewalt. Is makita better?

Both are top quality units the dewalt most people find it durable but heavier.The Makita is found also to be durable but lighter .Just personal preference.

Any thoughts on the Makita BO4040 where you can switch from a RO to a rotary? Sounds like the best of both worlds...

The option that the makita has to the dewalt is the speed setting
