I heard one of you, in one of my post mention Magic Wax. Until now I have'nt heard of MW. I now use without thinking of any other wax. Its EASY on EASY off, and produces a brilliant shine. This wax stands alone in my book its a must for your garage. Magic Wax by "Carsco" out of Waldorf, MD. Check it out, you will not be disappointed. :secret

I read threads like this and laugh. If there is no frame of reference, it just seems like spam. If you really liked it, compare and contrast it with some other products you have used.

Yakky, I think it just his style. I personally know the owner of Magic wax. His focus is on body shops and dealerships.

Here are a few cars with Magic Wax on them

Nice pics. I'm not doubting the product at all, I'm just asking for a little bit of perspective when posting about a product. If you can't compare it to at least one or two other products, you are basically pissing into the wind. I really like posts that compare application/removal, looks and durability to another popular product.

I have never used another carnauba that was anywhere near it's durability or ease of use.

How is that? :D

This is a small company on the verge of expolosion in the wax / compound market. Google Carsco, and order. I use their compounds, polishes and waxes. I used to rely on Megs #26 and Adams butter wax. Now (Ill pass). The reflection i get is effortless on dark colors. A clay and a Magic wax no polishing needed.

In search of the Magic Wax... Right now Nitro Seal is my LSP .....

Ok I found a 20 oz. tub of Magic Wax by Carsco ..... I have not used it. To tell you the truth I don't remember how I got it. But I found this thread and wondered if anyone else has used it. Thomas Dekany has used it and by his statements liked it. It may be a local item for local stores and dealerships.

Detailing Class Information... - LotusTalk - The Lotus Cars Community

"""""1) Use a wax that you like, it is not necessarily what is the best, but more what do you like for results. Just so you know, most mass produced "carnuba" based waxes only contain about 16% carnuba within the wax itself, some brands are different of course, I personally am a huge fan of the meguiar's cleaner wax...however there is a new one I have been introduced to from this class that I have fallen in love with. It is called Magic Wax, and the creator of this wax uses 64% carnuba within the wax itself, and it is AMAZING stuff...also it is VERY inexpensive for a tub that would last me almost 20 years"

64% nuba thats higher than my Vintage !!!!

In the lotus thread it shows a picture of Magic Wax....

I'd say 4 months? But that would be in colder climates - There is no set time. Also if your car is light in color, anything will last longer especially in the summer.

I think if you call (301) 870-8484 and ask for sales they can hook you up with some... I think it is < $20 and if it has that much nuba in it, thats a steal.....
