If healthy food really tasted better, weight loss would never be a consideration. That said, we have a (how many?) multi-billion dollar industry to address this issue in the US. People are drawn to the bad stuff because it tastes good. :) Sad, so sad, I'm so weak.

This is ony because we have let our taste buds become deranged.Once you eat healthy for a long period of time bad food loses its appeal,and healthy food tastes better.

I could still go for some ice cream or cheesecake though ,got to have some willpower. :lol2:
The best way not to eat bad foods is dont buy them.:inspector:
